Milestone Banner Guidelines
The Club milestone banner is provided to celebrate player achievements such as 50, 100, 150, 200 and other recognised milestone games.
Booking Process

All banner use must be booked through the Club's booking system.

Bookings are allocated on a first booked, first served basis.

Coaches, Team Managers or another nominated team representative are responsible for making the booking.
Home Game Priority

Home games have priority access to the banner.

If multiple teams request the banner for the same weekend, priority will be given based on booking order.
Away Game Use

The banner is primarily intended for home games.

If the banner has not been booked for a home game on a particular weekend, it may be used for an away game.

Away game requests can be confirmed after 5:00pm on the Friday prior to the game, provided there are no home game bookings.
Responsibility and Return

The Team Manager or Coach is responsible for collecting, transporting and returning the banner.

The banner must be returned to its designated storage location within 48 hours of use unless alternative arrangements have been approved.

Any damage or loss must be reported to the Club as soon as possible.
General Principles

The banner is a shared Club resource and should be treated with care and respect.

The Club reserves the right to make a final decision on any booking disputes or exceptional circumstances.

The objective of this policy is to maximise player opportunities to celebrate milestones while ensuring fair access for all teams.
